The 36-year-old pop superstar has reportedly already returned to work following the release of her 12th album, The life of a showgirland the latest updates reveal that she’s teamed up with longtime collaborators for the upcoming project.
According to the latest reports, the 14-time Grammy winner is expected to release her 13th studio album in 2027, and Aaron Dessner as well as Jack Antonoff will return to the studio with her.
A post on social media stated: “It’s not yet clear, but a Laurel Canyon Sound is expected: 70s soft-rock/alternative rock with folk-country influences, very Fleetwood Mac code.”
Swifties flocked to the comments and reacted to the exciting news, writing, “As long as it’s her and Aaron Desner, I’d be up for it!!”
Another added: “OMGG Fleetwood Mac please!!” And “TS13 is so close, my God,” chimed a third.
Although no official announcement has been made so far, Travis Kelce said in an interview a few months ago that his fiancée was working on a new sound in the studio.
