The Tony Awards snubbed Hollywood’s biggest stars, with Lea Michele and Keanu Reeves missing

The Tony Award nominations were announced Tuesday morning and it quickly got people talking due to both big wins and surprising snubs.

Show as The Lost Boys And Schmigadoon! tops the list with 12 nominations each.

Ragtime also did very well with 11 nominations, as it was also a record-breaking moment for June Squibb, who became the oldest nominee ever, at 96 years old.

At the same time, Danny Burstein made history by becoming the most nominated male actor of all time.

But the biggest discussion online was about those who didn’t make it.

Lea Michele wasn’t nominated for her role in Chess, however, Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter were also left out for Waiting for Godot.

Other well-known names like Adrien Brody and Tessa Thompson were also absent.

The awards show will take place on June 7 in New York at Radio City Music Hall, with Pink hosting the event.

Although many performances were celebrated, the snubs became the biggest topic and the results are still debated online.
