“After a series of medical evaluations, treatments and rehabilitation under the care of the Flyers medical team, I am progressing and feeling better every day. Although I have been cleared to travel and skate with the team in some practices, things have not progressed at the pace I hoped for or that would allow me to continue playing safely.”
Tippett had a goal and an assist in the Flyers’ series against the Penguins. The Ontarian said how proud he was of his season and expressed his gratitude for the support he received.
