Despite the fact that today’s game had three Qs – a fact that would generally make searching easier – I suffered from a severe case of word blindness and failed to see QUASH and CONQUER.
Luckily, they were given to me as clues and after spotting the third Q word in VANQUISH, the spangram magically appeared like a vision out of the mist.
From there, it was an easy climb to the top and while I don’t think my efforts quite qualified for the positive message of today’s theme, I was happy to OVERCOME my difficulties.
