The latter had a similar design with what was largely considered to be one of the best keyboards ever made for a device of its size.
The device offers a minimalist configuration for the writing of articles, the edition of text and even the fight against the writer’s block with the support of the writing assistant fueled by AI of the startup.

The valve box includes an adjustable hinge for the screen positioning and a load port for the keyboard itself. YANKO design Notes The case does not seem to take care of the passage of passage for the phone, and the keyboard lacks backlight, which will limit its conviviality in the low light settings. That said, it’s still just a prototype, so that things can change.
Indeed, in another thread, Mitchell has updated the design according to the comments and suggestions of his social media followers, including modifications made to improve features and compatibility. In the updated design, the hinge is centered and has a double action mechanism, allowing the case to rest completely flat thanks to an internal difference inside the upper shell.
The arrow keys were reconfigured at a standard provision, the offset key to the right and enlarged for a more intuitive striking experience. A gap has been added around the front plate, which facilitates detaching and personalizing or exchanging if necessary. To accommodate a larger range of devices, including Android phones, the insert inside has been square for better versatility. In addition, the lip of the case was moved upwards.
Mitchell suggested that Amberdeck could sell for less than $ 250, and although these first yields are only an overview, the case could potentially appeal to writers, journalists and publishers who seek to transform their phones into Compact writing devices that can be used anywhere.
