Salesforce has affirmed its continued support for the UK as a key market, both in terms of adopting current AI tools and developing new and exciting services and businesses.
At its Salesforce World Tour event in London, UKI president Zahra Bahrololoumi highlighted how the company was looking to play a key role in the increasingly common agentic enterprise.
The main concern was the company’s new “Headless 360” platform, which will allow users to access all of their Salesforce data from various apps or a device, potentially opening them up to huge improvements in productivity and efficiency.
“A very pivotal moment”
“We are at a crucial moment – every business, every sector – AI is transforming our lives – but how do we harness this power? Bahrololoumi said during the keynote speech at the Salesforce World Tour in London: “Agentic AI not only benefits commercial businesses, it can also improve services to citizens – from policing, to food and transport, to health and wellbeing – our efforts show that when we do good in the world, we can do really well. »
“We are redefining CRM again with Customer 360 – it makes your organizations truly customer-centric… (and) this AI transformation work paves the way for a whole new chapter,” Bahrololoumi added, “Agentic AI is everywhere, it’s in every experience, every industry, every business – it’s not just about efficiency, it’s about growth… and it fundamentally changes what’s possible when we reinvent businesses.”
Bahrololoumi outlined Salesforce’s “incredibly bold” vision for the UK, which includes a $6 billion investment committed to the country until 2030, and its role in supporting the UK government’s goal of training 10 million British workers by 2030.
“The UK… is such a dynamic AI market,” she added in a subsequent Q&A with media, emphasizing how Salesforce is “really committed” to educating businesses and partner ecosystems across the country.
“In talking to customers (about AI), we’ve moved beyond the pilot stage – we’re now seeing incredible scale,” she said, “agents working hand-in-hand with humans at the right time… and we know that those who scale are those who have intentionally orchestrated and organized their data.”
