For 5,000 lucky workers, the four -day work week has just approached.
The 4 -day campaign of the week revealed that 200 companies have now registered for a permanent work week of four days without loss of salary for staff.
There is a representation of some different sectors in this commitment, with 18 art and design companies, alongside engineering and manufacturing (12) Recruitment & HR (12), Entertainment (9), Comptiet, Banking & Finance (8) and real estate development, transactions & construction (6) All are registered.

The tendency among technological companies in 2024 was generally the opposite, companies such as Amazon leading the burden of Raping Back Hybrid working to issue work vouchers.
But the four-day activists of the work week salute the change as a “win-win”, with increased productivity for employers and happier and better rested employees. In fact, the South Cambridgeshire district council has forced policy and has more than 600 employees working, and the Council says that has improved the services.

Elsewhere in the world, Panasonic has tested a four -day work week in 2022 in order to reduce pressure on Japanese workers.
Given the success and popularity of hybrid work, the four -day work week could be the next natural step.
