Wearing a Haaland No. 9 jersey and what appeared to be a blonde wig, Tatum was seen cheering near the field alongside Norwegian fans.
France led 3-1 at half-time, with Ousmane Dembélé scoring a hat-trick, although both nations have already qualified for the round of 16 after winning their first two group stage matches.
Haaland himself started the match on the bench, but has made a significant impact on the tournament so far, scoring four goals in his first two appearances and quickly becoming a fan favorite in the competition.
The connection between the two men began before the tournament kicked off.
Haaland, 25, appeared alongside Tatum in a Nike commercial earlier this month, in which the two meditated together wearing matching Norwegian jerseys.
