Amanda Holden has revealed the secret to her toned body.

The 55-year-old presenter, who never hesitates to show off her hot photos, shared everything she consumes in a day to maintain her physique.

Addressing the Daily Mailthe TV star revealed she religiously follows Elizabeth Hurley’s diet advice of eating one good meal a day.

She enjoys an egg white omelette with spinach, feta and avocado with a green juice for breakfast and then doesn’t eat until the evening.

“I’m a vegetarian, so I think I’m probably accidentally pretty healthy,” she mused. “But I like my food and I like my alcohol, especially an Aperol Spritz in this weather!”

Insisting that she allows herself some leniency, she continued: “I applaud anything that works for someone else, but I can’t be one of those people who deletes things.”

“I just think life is tricky the way it is, so just let yourself have what you want with good reasons. A little bit of everything is good.

Revealing the key to nailing her bikini poses, she admitted: “My mom is pretty skinny, my grandma is, my sister is, so I feel like it’s genetic, and I love riding my Peloton!”

Amanda also shared that she enjoys riding the exercise bike at home two or three times a week.

On Monday, Amanda hosted the L’Oréal Professional Color Trophy awards ceremony at the O2 Arena in London.
