Selena Gomez received the best birthday present: a getaway to Italy with husband Benny Blanco after the couple spent months apart.
As the Emmy-nominated actress celebrated her 34th birthday on Wednesday, July 22, she finally reunited with the 38-year-old music producer, who flew across the Atlantic to be with her due to his fear of flying. Gomez had been living in London since May while filming season 6 of Only murders in the building.
The birthday celebrations lasted all week, with Gomez and Blanco taking a vacation to Italy. On Friday, Gomez shared an Instagram photo of their dream getaway, including a yacht trip, countryside picnics, lakeside walks, dinners, church visits and more.

Blanco also shared a glimpse of the anniversary celebrations, which included a couple’s Italian cooking class.
The owner of Trattoria della Santa in Bologna later confirmed that the couple had dined at the restaurant, saying People magazine, “They were absolutely amazing people, very lovely and kind-hearted.”
In her previously shared birthday message, the pop icon shared a thank you note to all her fans for their support and kindness.
“Every day I create because of you all. Thank you for always making me the happiest girl in the world,” she wrote alongside a photo of herself blowing out her birthday candles.
