Spider-Man: A Whole New Day is surely sparking a collaboration with Olivia Rodrigo on the film’s soundtrack, after recent hints the film franchise and pop superstar shared with fans.
The 23-year-old musician took to Instagram and recently shared a collection of photos, including one that directly references the film as she poses in the infamous Spider-Man pose.
The post came just after the film’s official social media account shared a promo edit about Peter Parker and MJ, with Rodrigo’s track, a silly song, playing in the background.
Eagle-eyed fans quickly flocked to social media and wrote: “THE SPIDER’S HAND IN OLIVIAS’ DUMP??” and “SO PRETTY RANDOM, SHE POSTED THIS ON THE DAY STUPID SONG SPIDERMAN THE TRAILER IS RELEASED..”
A third replied: “Spiderlivia is upon us” and “we really have another original soundtrack! SHE’S COOKING,” another wrote.
While others exclaimed, “OMGGGGGG THIS IS HAPPENING.”
