NCAA has officially changed its eligibility policies between sexes to ban all organic sports men one day after President Donald Trump signed a decree to solve the problem.
The Director of University Sports announced its new Participation Policy for Transgender Authority Authority on Thursday afternoon.
“A student-athlete assigned to birth may not compete in a female team,” said the new policy.

The previous policy, which had been in place in 2010, allowed biological men to participate in the category of women after having undergone at least one year of treatment for the abolition of testosterone.
Trump signed the “No men in female sports” Executive decree in the eastern house from the White House to Washington, D..c., In front of women athletes on national girls and women during the sports day on Wednesday.
The president of the NCAA, Charlie Baker, responded to the decree in a statement later Wednesday, saying that he had provided a “clear national standard” and that the council of governors of the NCAA would examine it and take action to align organizational policy in the coming days.

“The NCAA is an organization made up of 1,100 colleges and universities in the 50 states which collectively register more than 530,000 students-athletes,” the statement said. “We firmly believe that clear, coherent and uniform eligibility standards would best serve student-athletes today instead of a patchwork of conflictual laws and decisions. To this end, the order of the order President Trump provides a clear national standard.
“The Council of Governors of the NCAA examines the decree and will take the necessary measures to align the NCAA policy in the coming days, subject to new administration guidelines. The association will continue to promote reception environments on Campuses for all student-athletes.
Baker had previously responded to the concerns concerning the question of female athletes who had to share teams and changing rooms with Trans athletes at a hearing of the Senate Judicial Committee in December. There, Baker insisted that female athletes have the opportunity to find other accommodation if they share uncomfortable with transgender and NCAA policies which allow athletes to compete with women are based on Federal standards.

The previous policy led to several proceedings against NCAA and its member schools. The former NCAA swimmer and current conservative activist Riley Gaines is currently making a lawsuit on her experience of having to compete with and share a cloakroom with the swimmer Trans Lia Thomas at the 2022 national championships. She is joined by several other female athletes who also have been affected by the inclusion trans.
Another trial was filed on Tuesday evening, when three of the former Upenn de Thomas teammates expressed their own experiences to have to share a team and changing rooms with Thomas and would have been slipped by their university administrators and nourished the professional ideology -Trans.

A recent New York Times / Ipsos survey Found that the vast majority of Americans, including the majority of Democrats, do not think that transgender athletes should be allowed to participate in female sports. Of the 2,128 people interviewed, 79% said that biological men who identify as women should not be allowed to participate in female sports.
Of the 1,025 people who have identified as a democrats or who lean a democrat, 67% said that transgender athletes should not be allowed to compete with women.
