Tending on February 08 a dark day in the history of the country, the chief of Jamat-E-Islami, Hafiz Naeem-Ur-Rehman, renewed the request of his party from his party on the “electoral rigging”.
Addressing a press conference in Mansoora, the head of the JI said that the country was plagued by political instability due to the contempt for the public mandate. He said the leaders had taken power on the basis of a stolen mandate.
He expressed his surprise as to the request for opposition re-elections instead of resolving the rigging problem by form 45. With an obvious reference to President PML-N Nawaz Sharif, the head of the JI declared those who adopted A story of “respect for the vote”, disappointed the nation.
February 8 is the darkest day in national history, when the people’s mandate was stolen. Currently, the government presents itself on Form 47, with Sharif and Zardari families in power, said Hafiz Naeem.
He stressed that the votes of people were recorded on form 45. Consequently, the opposition request for new elections is equivalent to strengthening the government. The mandate is not someone’s personal property. The establishment will have to work within its limits. That the prosperous democratic process added the head of JI.
He announced that his party would observe on February 8 as a dark day across the country. He demanded that PTI be authorized to organize a rally on February 8. Everyone, including PTI, should have the right to hold peaceful demonstrations.
