- The latest image N5 Find N5 shows an almost invisible fold
- We should see the phone called the International OnePlus Open 2
- A launch occurs in the next two weeks
We know that we are only a few days away from the launch of the Oppo Find N5 – which will be almost certainly available on certain markets as Open 2 OnePlus – and a new image teaser foldable to a means, it could Better the Samsung Galaxy Z Plé 6.
The image was published by Pete Lau, product manager at Oppo and previously founder of OnePlus. It shows the Oppo Find N5 on the left, against an unnamed foldable – which looks a lot like the Galaxy Z Fold 6 launched last July.
Regarding visibility, the Oppo Find N5 is the clear winner. It is something that Oppo and OnePlus also have a form: in our review OnePlus Open, we congratulated the foldable to have a screen fold which was “almost invisible and barely touching”.
It would seem that the Oppo finds N5 and OnePlus Open 2 will be even better in this regard. It seems that the phone also surpasses the Galaxy Z Fold 6 in terms of screen size – the Samsung handset has a main display measuring 7.6 inch, a corner to a corner (and the Open Open had a 7 panel, 82 inches).

Lau also promoted waterproofing improvement during the next Oppo Find N5. The phone is apparently “extremely durable, rain or shine” and should offer more protection against the elements that the OPPO finds N3 (and OnePlus Open).
We have already heard other OPPO leaders than waterproofing was going to be one of the main features of the next foldable phone. He was also made of his slimming: even thinner than an Ipad Pro M4, apparently.
The camera upgrades on the previous model have also been subjected to what you also add a processor bump, this seems to be a competitor for first place in our list of foldables – but we will have to wait and see.
Oppo gave us an approximate idea of the moment when its N5 combined will appear – around February 19 or 20 – but we have no exact date. The phone obtains a global launch, but some parts of the world should also see the device appear as the Open 2 later in 2025.
