NVIDIA considerably reduces the volume of production of its RTX 4060 graphics cards, if new speculation of those apparently informed are correct.

Analysis: even if it is correct, the move will take time to filter
The reason why Nvidia could run production – to a large extent – on a popular graphics card seems to be obvious. In short, this is another clear indication that the RTX 5060 is imminent, with a number of rumors suggesting that this graphics card should be launched in March 2025.
So, if the successor of the RTX 4060 should be unleashed next month, it would quite make sense that this current generation graphics card will begin to be known by Nvidia about now.
Again, show caution around rumors for the launch of the RTX 5060, but all these small pieces of the puzzle seem to adapt quite well.
Does this mean that in theory, you will not be able to buy an RTX 4060 soon? No, it’s not as simple as that. Even if these two thirds of production are underway at the moment, it will take a while before this impact is felt on the graphics cards which are really shipped. In addition, there will be a lot of stock in warehouses and other parts of the distribution cycle, and even when it all sells, there will always be RTX 4060 advice.
This graphics card will always be on the shelves for a certain time, but it will become rarer because this year takes place, assuming that this rumor is correct, because the RTX 5060 takes the spotlight on the lower-range GPU scene.
I will put my hands and admit that I was skeptical that Nvidia will launch the RTX 5060 from March, after the RTX 5070 so closely – but it seems more and more than it will be.
