Aaron Glenn declared in his introductory press conference as a head coach of the New York Jets that the jets are “built for this”. Craig Carton does not agree and discusses the tumultuous story of the jets and why Glenn needs to make things happen.
New York and Aaron Rodgers jets seem to be on the right track for a split.
Fox Sports reported a few hours before the Super Bowl Lix on Sunday that the jets told the Quadruple MVP that they wanted to leave the star quarter. We do not know how it will happen – whether it is a pure and simple cut or that they exchange it.

Jay Glazer of Fox Sports suggested that, because Rodgers flew to New Jersey to meet jet brass, this can mean that Rodgers will seek to play at least one more season else.
Rodgers spent two seasons with New York. The first season ended almost as soon as she started when he torn his Achilles in the week 1 in 2023. He played the 2024 complete season, bouncing the devastating injury. But the team missed the playoffs.
He spoke of his future after their victory for week 18 against the Miami dolphins.
“We will have the conversations in the coming days,” he said, via Sny. “Whatever happens from there, I don’t know if something will be definitive out. But I just need time to think about my future in the game, and my future here if they want me to do part of the next phase or if they are ready to move on.

The New Jets head coach Aaron Glenn did not exactly give an idea in one way or another on Rodgers when he was presented last month.
“If you will continue to ask me the same question, I will give you the same answer,” said Glenn. “We are still in evaluation mode. So, if someone else will ask that, I will give you the same answer. So don’t waste your time. We are erased?”
He was then asked for what he was looking for in a quarter and replied: “a winner”.
