Islamabad:
Pakistan suffered an extraordinary transformation through a set of radical reforms introduced by the government in 2024, said that a report published by an institute of countries associated with the World Economic Forum (WEF).
Mishal Pakistan, the partner country of the new WEF economic and societies, said in the report that the pace and scope of these changes were unprecedented, because more than 100 reforms were implemented during ‘A period of one year.
“Over the past 11 months, more than 120 reforms have been implemented in several sectors, shaping country governance, economic policies, legal frameworks and institutional efficiency,” said the report.
The Pakistan 2025 reform report offers an assessment in full year, with a more precise and holistic image of governance, responsibility and inclusiveness. This is the first full effort to systematically document the government’s reform program.
This initiative is crucial to provide a precise and transparent report of policy transformations, allowing stakeholders – including decision -makers, businesses and international institutions – to engage with and assess the evolutionary governance landscape of Pakistan .
“The Pakistan 2025 reform report is an unprecedented initiative aimed at filling the knowledge gap in governance reforms,” said Amir Jahangir, Managing Director of Mishal Pakistan, while speaking when the report is launched.
