Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were criticized for an “incredible” decision among the Invictus games underway in Canada.
The Duke and the Duchess of Sussex received scathing criticism after a video has shown them climbing a golf buggy as a disabled veterans during the sporting event.
The clip, initially shared on Meghan’s new Instagram account where she disabled the comments, was republished by various social media accounts.
The criticisms quickly mentioned that Harry and Meghan should have walked to greet the veterans instead, calling “disrespectful”.
According to L’ExpressThe fans expressed their disbelief on social networks with a writing on X, “so Meghan and Harry, two valid people, are taken to a past golf cart of the disabled veterans.”
“Some of the veterans are in a wheelchair,” they added. “They should have crossed the group, meet, greet and shake hands. Everything with an incredible camera.”
“Conversely, it is so shocking to see them on their buggy ride,” added another. “Gross. But I think the veterinarians.”
Another comment said: “Optics are difficult to believe. They go beyond injured veterans. Some in wheelchairs.
“They were agitated by their basket because H / mm is too important to walk. And of course, they are filmed.”
