The former New York giants and the receiver of Kansas City chiefs, Kadarius Toney, were arrested last month after the police said they were strangled a woman.
Toney is accused of having put her hand around a woman’s throat, tightening “with enough strength to make her unable to breathe,” according to TMZ Sports.
Toney was accused of having taken the woman’s phone during the altercation so that she could not call the authorities, leaving her with marks on her neck and the hemorrhage in her eyes.

The choice of first round of 2021 had a mandate for his arrest on January 15, one day before the alleged altercation, and he was arrested on Thursday.
He was charged with an aggravated chief of accusation of aggression and another accusation of obstruction / harassment of the 911 calls, according to prison files.
PK Press Club Digital contacted a Toney representative to comment.
Toney was the 20th choice of Florida four years ago by the Giants. After a tumultuous mandate in New York, he was sent to the Kansas City chiefs. His return of record clearance covers in the Super Bowl 2023 and the touch of the fourth quarter helped the Chiefs to the victory of the Super Bowl of this year.

However, his mandate with the chiefs ended in the same way, and he was left aside last year’s Super Bowl. He became a war of words on the question of whether Toney had been in good health, and he did not play in the last seven games of the team season, including the playoffs.
