Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will try to rekindle his Bromance with Donald Trump – and to avoid anger by the American president on prices and immigration – when they meet on Thursday in the White House.

In February 2020, Modi invited Trump in front of an enthusiastic crowd of more than 100,000 people to inaugurate the largest cricket stadium in the world in its original state in Gujarat.
Trump could visit India later this year for a planned Summit of the Quad – a group of Australia, India, Japan and the United States.
