Prince Harry revealed his greatest wish for Invictus Games
The Duke of Sussex, who founded the Invictus Games in 2014, expressed his hope that one day, he is no longer necessary.
Speak with People magazine At Invictus Games, Vancouver Whistler 2025 on February 9.
He said, “I want us to be able to close this because there was no need, but as long as there is a need, we will continue.”
The youngest son of King Charles also expressed his enthusiasm for the next edition at Birmingham UK in 2027.
Harry said: “I know that the United Kingdom is looking forward to recovering the matches, where it started, in just over a few years.”
Harry has thought about his 10th birthday, saying: “It is incredible to see how after 10 years that we do that still, that we must do it again. We will continue the games as long as necessary, and the need increases, rather than to reduce.
“So, the fact that there will be a complete cycle in 2027 in the United Kingdom is a place where I never thought we will be,” added Prince Harry.
