- Assassin’s Creed Shadows Sales of pre -order seem to be strong
- Ubisoft says they comply with those of the second most successful entry of the franchise
- The new one comes while Ubisoft is starting to reduce costs
Assassin’s Creed Shadows seems to go well, with pre -order sales in accordance with one of the largest entries in the franchise.
As indicated in the latest quarterly financial results of Ubisoft and identified by Eurogamer, the company said that pre -order numbers are “solid” and “in accordance with those of Assassin’s Creed OdysseyThe second most successful entry of the franchise. “”
Assassin’s Creed Odyssey has the best launch of the franchise on its return in 2018, with early sales which quickly exceeded those of its predecessors Assassin’s Creed Origins,, Assassin’s Creed SyndicateAnd Assassin’s Creed Unity.
This record was then only broken in the 2020s Assassin’s Creed Valhallawhich has become the best -selling entry of the series to date.
It would certainly suggest that Assassin’s Creed Shadows is on the right track to be a roaring success, which is certainly some that Ubisoft has so far. The company recently launched a series of cost reduction measures after a multitude of major titles failed to meet expectations, which included the closure of its studio in Royal Leamington Spa, England.
Our own editor Rob Dwiar has already tried Assassin’s Creed Shadows For itself during a preview event, indicating that it seems on the right track to offer a daring, beautiful and brutal journey through feudal Japan.
