The ESPN star, Stephen A. Smith, made his position on trans inclusion in the sports of girls and women during an interview on Radio Row in New Orleans before the Super Bowl Lix.
Smith appeared in an interview with Bloomberg last week to talk about his political aspirations. The clip was published on Saturday. He said that he considered himself a “centrist” with regard to political trends, but as regards the trans athletes playing in female sports, it was there that he took a different line.

“So that’s how I look at him.” He said.

Smith’s position came while President Donald Trump has signed an executive decree to prevent transgender athletes from competing with women and girls.

The NCAA followed Trump’s decree and changed its policy.
