At least two workstation specialists have put superchared PCs with NVIDIA RTX 5090 GPUs for sale in recent days. The most impressive of all is the Bizon ZX5500 which contains up to seven (yes, seven) GPU RTX 5090 cooled by water in a housing high. It is the best GPU ever built and buy it via systems manufacturers seems to be the only way to avoid months of waiting.
Although the Bizontech solution will probably appear in our best workstation guide, it is not as vast as the large Comino server, which has eight GPU RTX 5090, but the latter has not yet obtained Launch (I contacted Comino for more details).
The ZX5500 is not cheap at just under $ 102,000, GPUs account for the lion’s share (more than 83%) of the total cost. It is almost 3 times the price of Mifcom Big Boss which has seven GPU RTX 4090 cooled by liquid.
A more robust 6 kW food unit and the cards cost an additional $ 85,000 compared to the same system with a pair of RTX 5080 (with 16 GB of VOI each). As a reminder, the suggested retail price of the RTX 5090 is “just” $ 2,000.
GPU RTX 5090, where are you?
I wrote two weeks ago on the Bizontech ZX5500, an RTX 5090 7-GPU system which, unlike the Grando Comino, can be associated with an Epyc Double Coeur processor but had a much higher entry price at 102,000 $. Other boutique workstation suppliers have also managed to secure the RTX 5090 units (although with a period of 4 to 6 weeks).
Punch technology based in the United Kingdom takes orders for a workstation on Threadripper Pro AI with two GPUs, a Threadripper Pro 7995WX, 256 GB of RAM and a sticker price of just under 24 £ 000 (about $ 30,000).
For a little more, local rival digitization computers sell an EPYC -based workstation with eight RTX 5090 for almost two thirds, which Comino invoices for its system. I contacted them on X.com (formerly Twitter) to find out if it is a real price, a reserved space or an awkward error.
(ED: It turns out that it is a one -year subscription to the CLOD of Scan’s workstation, even more disappointing then)
Puget Systems, whose president blamed the very limited offer of RTX 5090 for long deadlines, only sells unique GPU configurations for the moment, although I have noticed that you can get a system (the T140- XL) with two NVIDIA RTX 5080 16 GB GPUs. For just under $ 13,000, ready to be shipped in less than two weeks.
Other workstation specialists who sell RTX 5090 platforms include:
Titan computers of popular work dress, and none of the three major PC manufacturers (Dell, Lenovo and HP) has yet published RTX 5090 workstations.

To watch
In his Revue du RTX 5090, John Loeffler de Techradar calls it the supercar of graphics cards and asks if it was simply too powerful, suggesting that it is an absolute glout for power.
“It’s exaggerated”, he quips, “especially if you only want it for the game, because monitors who can really manage the images that this GPU can extinguish is probably years.”
