- The Private Cloud supplier Vultr is the first to deploy the AMD MI325X instinct

In October 2024, we pointed out how VUTRT, a leading private private cloud computing platform, bought thousands of AMD MI300X Instinct Accelerators. This decision marked a significant expansion of VUTRT’s partnership with AMD and aimed to give access to advanced GPUs and the Open ROCM software ecosystem.
Now comes The News Virtr, which has been self -funded for more than a decade, will be the first cloud supplier to deploy the AMD Instinct MI325X GPU, to trap Google and Microsoft at the station.
While the MI300X offers 192 GB of HBM3 and 5.3 TB of bandwidth, the MI325X improves with 256 GB of HBM3E, 6TB / s of bandwidth, and FP16 and FP8 speeds faster 1 , 3 pflops and 2.6 pflets, respectively. Powerful enough to execute Crysis (in a DAAS virtual machine).
New AI industry standards

This last addition to the Vultr Cloud infrastructure, which has thousands of active customers in 185 countries, will be powered by servers of -8126gs-TNMR 8-U and will be deployed in the region of the Center de Data de Chicago de Vultr.
As with its adoption of ACC Accelerators MI300X, there is no word on the number of GPUS Vultr MI325X, but it will probably count by hundreds, rather than on thousands of people, for the moment.
