The High Court of Islamabad (IHC) ordered the authorities to arrest illegal commercial constructions in the E-11 sector Children’s Park and restore it in its original state.
The single member of the IHC including judge Muhammad Asif heard a petition against illegal constructions in the E-11 children’s park. The petition was moved by residents of E-11 against encroachment and illegal constructions.
Lawyer Kashif Ali Malik said that a public order situation had been created in the region due to illegal constructions by arrested occupants.
After hearing the lawyer’s arguments, the court made the order.
