The joint bilateral training exercise “Affaa al Sahel VII” between the Special Operations Forces (SOFs) of the Saudi Royal Naval Forces (RSNF) and the Special Services Group (SSG) of the Pakistani navy ended on a high note in Karachi with an intense final test exercise (FTX).
Rear Admiral Faisal Amin, the commanding coast of the Pakistani navy, and senior military officials from Pakistan and Saudi Arabia attended the final exercise, which presented the advanced operational skills of the two forces.
The exercise included live shooting exercises, precision raids and dynamic recall maneuvers in a simulated environment with high threat.
The objective of the exercises included anti -terrorist responses, hostage rescue operations and coordinated maritime interventions, testing the capacity of the forces to work under pressure under pressure.
The exercise, held over several days, highlighted the tactical competence of the RSNF and SSG (N) teams in complex and high -risk maritime operations.

The successful conclusion of Affaa Al Sahel VII means strengthening maritime cooperation between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, further improving the interoperability of their SOF to meet current safety challenges.
The exercise aimed to strengthen the capacities of the two nations in the fight against maritime security threats, improving the effectiveness of their combined forces.
