Passengers aboard Delta Air Lines The flight 4819 endured a heartbreaking landing experience in Toronto. The 76 passengers were suspended upside down in their seats after the plane turned to landing.

Reese’s comments have sparked a fury of reactions on social networks, some calling on the airline to do more for passengers.

“The representatives of Delta Care Team tell customers that this gesture has no condition and does not affect their rights,” said a spokesperson for the airline. The way passengers would really receive compensation remain clear.
