A high school football coach in Alabama was arrested for allegedly had an inappropriate relationship with a student.
Robert Carter, the coach of Clarke County High School, was arrested in Niceville, Florida, after a traffic stop, according to Fox10. He would have fled the Alabama during an investigation.
Carter, 55, was arrested for 11 charges and was detained in Okaloosa County prison with a deposit of $ 122,000.
The accusations include four counts of an employee of the school who engages in a sexual act with a student, four distribution leaders or solicitation of obscene equipment from a student and three requests for a sexual act with a student.

Before his arrest, the County County school placed it on administrative leave.
“As the County County schools chief, I expect a professionalism and integrity of my faculty and my staff,” said the Schools of Clarke County, Ashlie Flowers, in a press release .

Carter became the school coach in 2023, going 15-10 during his two seasons. He was previously head coach of Beauregard High School, where he won a state title in 2016, and he trained in Sylacauga in 2021 and 2022.
