- The Galaxy S25 Edge appeared in a disclosed video
- The specifications were presented alongside the design
- The video has since been drawn and is no longer available
We have been impressed so far by the Samsung Galaxy S25 series (see our Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Review, for example), and there is another S25 to throw – the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge, which has just been presented In a new practical video leak.
The video has now been removed, but not before Sambile, Tipster @maxjmb, and others watched it. In terms of combined design, it corresponds to the overview of the handset that we obtained during the Samsung unpacked event last month.
The short clip included a photo of an application listing the Samsung Galaxy S25 edge specifications: it seems that we get the elite quality chipset Snapdragon 8, 12 GB of RAM, 256 GB of storage and a 4000 mAh battery ‘inside inside.
Three 12 MP rear cameras are also listed, but due to the oddity application of the diagnostic application used, this does not exclude a main 200 MP camera – which would correspond to the Galaxy S25 Ultra and which was previously rumor.

Given what we know so far – and considering that previous rumors have called this phone the Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim – it seems clear that the thin shape factor of this handset will be one of the main arguments of sale .
It seems certainly thin, according to the limited views that we have had so far – but how exactly do we speak? A 6.3 mm figure (without the camera bump) was mentioned, which is compared to 7.2 mm for the standard Galaxy S25 phone.
Of course, the narrowing of a handset like this means less space for other components, including camera mechanisms, cooling chambers and batteries. It will be interesting to see the compromises made with the Galaxy S25 Edge, when it is finally put on sale.
This should be at some point later in the year. In the meantime, it seems that finesse becomes a trend: Oppo recently unveiled the thinnest folding in the world, while Apple would be busy working on the air of the iPhone 17.
