Aaron Rodgers will reach a free agency this offseason while the New York jets have announced their intention to separate from the quadruple MVP from the NFL.
He spoke to TMZ Sports after leaving a training session last week and was asked about the “factors” he will look for in his next team.

“If they want you” and “if they have a good team,” he told the journalist in the parking lot before getting into his vehicle.
Like the Kansas City Chiefs Sight End Travis Kelce, Rodgers’ decision on the decision to hang up or continue playing will be a major scenario in the offseason. He joined the jets via the Green Bay Packers Trade in 2023, but missed the whole regular season after having torn his Achilles a few games in week 1.
He returned and started the 17 games for the jets in 2024. He had 3,897 yards by the pass and 28 Touché passes. But New York finished 5-12.

The owner of the New York team, Woody Johnson, managing director Darren Moughy and head coach Aaron Glenn said earlier this month, the team decided to separate from him.
“I personally want to thank Aaron for his stay at the New York Jets,” Johnson said in a statement. “His arrival in 2023 was greeted by a frantic excitement and I will always be grateful to have chosen to join us to continue his career at the fame of fame.
“From the first day, he embodied everything that meant being a New York jet, kissed our fans and plunged into our city. This is what I will remember the most when I come back to his time here. He will always be welcome, and I only wish him the best in everything he chooses to do next.

Los Angeles Rams, Las Vegas raiders and Pittsburgh Steelers are the three main favorites to land the rodgers during the offseason if he decided to continue his career, according to Draftkings.
