The federal office is expected to develop in the next two days, the new ministers likely to be sworn in at Awan-E-Sadr on February 27 or 28, Express News reported.

Under the direction of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, the expansion of the cabinet should include members of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P).

Among the PML-N legislators who should join the cabinet are hanif Abbasi, Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhry, Talal Chaudhry and Afzal Khokhar. From MQM-P, Mustafa Kamal, Barrister Aqil and Huzaifa Rahman should take ministerial posts.

In addition, Abdul Rehman Kanju and Sardar Yusuf, who have previously been federal ministers, will also be inducted. Dr. Tauqeer Shah was appointed as an adviser to the Prime Minister.

The government has also decided to include the Noseen Iftikhar female legislative from Siackot, as well as Romina Khurshid Alam, Raza Hayat Hiraj and Chaudhry Riaz in the office of the cabinet.

The sweep ceremony for new members of the cabinet should take place at Awan-E-Sadr on February 27 or 28.
