“We see you, NCAA,” started the clip. “You have announced a new policy after Trump’s decree. This policy does not protect women. It does not set clear borders. The new policy does nothing to ensure that women’s sports are reserved for women.
“You said you were going to respect federal law, but you have not done so. Your policy is based on a birth certificate – this is the” proof “required. But it is not proof of sex . “
Female athletes point out that, in all states except six, a birth certificate can be changed. This is the main point of the argument against the new policy that the NCAA published one day after Trump’s decree prohibiting organic men to participate in female sports. Activists also said that NCAA policy would always allow men in women’s teams and in the locker room.
“We see you Charlie Baker. We see NCAA. We see you,” continued the video. “We were spit. We were shouted. Called terrible names. We were slaughtered. They tried to silence us. But we are not leaving. The young athletes depend on us. of you.
“And if you do not defend female athletes, we will do so. We demand fair sports. We deserve safe sports. We do not retreat., No substitutes.”
The new trans-participation policy of the NCAA is “ as clear as the mud ”, says Riley Gaines
The group then implored the NCAA to “test sex”.

The NCAA had no new comments on its change of policy.
The new NCAA policy for student-athletes “assigned to birth” and their participation in female teams have said that athletes may not compete in the women’s team, but they “can train in the compliant team to their gender identity and receive all the other applicable applicable advantages applicable to student-athletes who are otherwise eligible for practice.
An NCAA spokesperson told PK Press Club Digital earlier this month that the Director Body will not allow Trans athletes to participate in the female category on the basis of modified birth certificates.
“Policy is clear that there is no available derogation, and athletes assigned to birth may not compete in a female team with modified birth certificates or other forms of identity,” said The spokesperson.
Regarding the trans athletes who practiced in a female team, the NCAA considers players of male practice an “essential” of female sports.
“Players of male practice have been a basic food in university sports for decades, especially in women’s basketball and the association will continue to take this into politics,” said the spokesperson.
