Michelle Trachtenberg left fans in shock after her sudden death.
The Gossip Girl star, who died at the age of 39, once spoke of her mother’s support in a confessional.
In an interview of March 2005 with Blackfilm, Michelle shared that her mother, Lana, had “always been there”.
“She is really proud of me and is really happy to do something that I like,” said the actress. “She never pushed any of her particular ideals or opinions on me. She has always done what was best and she was my inspiring strength.”
This comes when sources told US Sun that the Gossip Girl star was fighting a secret health battle. The fingers highlighted a liver transplant that she recently suffered as a report in ABC News said that she “may have had complications”.
