A high-level defense delegation led by Major-General Burkhonov Akhmad Jamalovich, Vice-Minister of Defense and Commander of Air Force and Air Force of the Republic of Uzbekistan called the marshal of the chief of air Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu, Air Staff, Pakistan Air Force.
Questions relating to mutual interest, the ways to improve bilateral military cooperation, joint training and technological collaboration in the aerospace fields were discussed at the meeting.
Upon his arrival, an intelligently extinguished contingent of Pakistan Air Force presented Major-General Burkhonov Akhmad Jamalovich.
During the meeting, the air personnel chief underlined the robust bilateral military links between the two fraternal countries and assured that the PAF has committed to extend full support for basic tactical training for pilots, as well as the technical training of maintenance teams for strengthening the capacities of the Ouzbekistan air force staff.
The chief of air also said that Pakistan and Uzbekistan played long -standing religious and cultural ties that are based on all important questions related to regional peace and security.
