The Chinese equipment seller Chuwi has unveiled the launch of a new mini PC which could compete with Apple Mac Mini Mac thanks to a few catchy features.
The mini PC Aubox 8745 is equipped with an AMD Ryzen 7,8745hs processor, with eight cores and 16 threads, and reaching maximum speeds of 4.9 GHz. This is completed by a 780m AMD Radeon GPU, also capable of speeds up to 2.6 GHz.
Combine this with 16 GB of RAM DDR5 and an SSD PCIE of 512 GB, and you have a powerful material. In particular, the Mini PC also has a double memory and SSD locations, allowing users to strengthen RAM and storage at 64 GB and 2 TB respectively.
What is included in the Aubox 8745?
From the design point of view, the Aubox is very compact, measuring at 154 x 152 x 45 millimeters, impressive given the range of available ports-users can choose from a single USB-C port and two USB-A 3.2 options alongside a single HDMI 2.1 and Displayport 1.4 port, which could connect four 4K external monitors and create a real productivity power.
CHUWI says that the Mini PC can also be mounted behind a monitor using a VESA support, reducing the size on your home desk.

It also has an external power supply of 120 Watts alongside an internal cooling fan which allows it to operate at around 65 watts, which makes it ideal for occasional games or more demanding tasks.
A key attraction of the Aubox will undoubtedly be the operating system, which runs in Windows 11.
