Maulana Rashid Ul-Haq was appointed the new deputy chief of Darul Uloom Haqqania, according to the martyrdom of her brother, Maulana Hamid Ul-Haq.

The decision was made during a rally organized in Darul Uloom Haqqania in Akora Khattak, who included thousands of researchers, political figures and public members who attended the funeral of Maulana Hameed Ul-Haq, reported ex Press News.

The appointment of Maulana Rashid Ul-Haq was announced by Maulana Irfan Ul-Haq Haqqani, who spoke on behalf of the Haqqania family and the scholars of Darul Uloom Haqqania.

The decision was taken by unanimous consensus, the rally showing overwhelming support for the new deputy chief.

During the funeral, Maulana Irfan Ul-Haq raised her hands in prayer and confirmed the position of Maulana Rashid Ul-Haq as deputy chief of Darul Uloom Haqqania.

At the same time, he expressed his support for Maulana Abdul Haq Sani, declaring him the political successor of his martyr father, Maulana Hameed Ul-Haq.

In her speech during the funeral, Maulana Rashid Ul-Haq expressed her gratitude for the overwhelming support and solidarity of the community, emphasizing the heritage of his father and his brother in the struggle for the well-being of the country.

He undertook to continue their mission and said: “This country is ours, and our ancestors have sacrificed their lives for its preservation.”

Maulana Abdul Haq Sani, speaking during the funeral, assured the gathering that the Haqqania family would never leave the path of truth. He added: “We will not be dissuaded by bombs, attacks or threats. As long as there is a member of the Haqqania family, we will continue the mission of Maulana Sami Ul-Haq and will never compromise the teachings of Islam.”

After the funeral, the martyrdom of Maulana Hameed Ul-Haq was honored, and he was buried alongside her father, Maulana Sami Ul-Haq, in a last tribute to their common commitment to Islam and the nation.

A large number of people, including the Afghan Consul General, attended the funeral of Maulana Hamidul Haqqani – Head of (JUI -S) – who was martyred in an explosion of suicide at the Darul Uloom Haqqania in the Akora Khattak region of the Nowsa district of the Khyber -Pakhtunkhwa district.

The bombing, which occurred after the Friday prayers, killed Maulana Hamidul-Haq Haqqani and others.

After the tragic incident, a large crowd gathered at Madrassa, where the funeral prayers of Maulana Hamid al-Haq were led by her son, Maulana Sahibzada Abdul Haq Sani.
