In MWC 2024, the subsidiary of ZTE Nubia unveiled the Nubia Flip 5G, a budget alternative in good faith at the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 6, which launched a few months later. Now, at the MWC 2025, Nubia has returned with the Nubia Flip 2 5G – a slightly more expensive model that always underweight its premium competition by a certain margin.
The first thing to note is the design of the new phone, which resembles that of the Oppo Find N2 Flip. The original circular circular display of Nubia Flip of original has been replaced by an OLED screen of 3 inch more conventional, and despite its modest size, this front panel can host almost all the same integrated applications that you will find on the 6.9 -inch 6.9 -inch interior screen of 60 Hz of the phone.
At 193g, the Nubia Flip 2 5G is much lighter than the model of last year (209g), and with a fall resistance of 1.2 m, it is also much more durable (the Galaxy Z Flip 6, for reference, weighs 187 g). The battery size (4,300mAh) and the load speed (33W) are largely unchanged from the original flip model of last year, as is RAM and storage capacities (128 GB and 6 GB, respectively).
One thing that has changed, however, is the price of the phone. When the Nubia Flip 5G was launched for the local equivalent of $ 599, the Flip 2 5G costs € 699, which is equivalent to around $ 730. The prices of the United States will probably not be like the types, but it is sure to expect a considerable increase in prices in regions like the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia for the Nubia Flip 2 5G this year.
