Jimmy Johnson withdrew: the legend of the NFL announces the retirement of broadcasting

Jimmy Johnson, a legend of NFL training and a main figure on “Fox NFL Sunday”, announced on Monday that it will withdraw from broadcasting.

Johnson joined Fox Sports in 1994. He joined the network after the end of his Miami Dolphins training. He would appear regularly with Terry Bradshaw and Howie Long and later Michael Strahan and Rob Gronkowski to offer a pre-match, half-time and post-match analysis of the NFL Games.

The 81-year-old Super Bowl’s double champion of the double champion of the Super Bowl, revealed on “The Herd with Colin Cowherd” that the 2024 season would be the last.

Bradshaw and Long are the only other teammates who have been in the series since its creation in 1994. Pam Oliver joined the cover of the Fox NFL in 1995.
