Trump speech: Payton McNabb “ Soulté ” on the refusal of Dems to applaud

The Democrats refused to applaud for almost every moment of the joint address of President Donald Trump on Tuesday evening. This included when he honored the former volleyball player Payton McNabb, who suffered traumatic physical and mental injuries when she was injured by a transgender opponent in 2022.

Trump congratulated the 19 -year -old MCNABB for overcoming his injuries, which included a concussion, brain bleeding and a permanent boost, to become a defender of the protection of women and girls of organic men in their sports.

Trump concluded the segment by reiterating his promise to reduce federal funding to any American school that allows athletes to compete with girls.

This caused a salvo of applause on the republican side of the room, while each democrat was sitting in silence.

McNabb told PK Press Club Digital that the reaction of the Democrats was not surprising, but was still “heartbreaking”.

“Last night, just on the whole, the Democratic Party was so disrespectful,” said McNabb. “And they defended any of the guests, they did not defend Dj Daniel, who is the young boy who survived brain cancer, they did not defend the family of Laken Riley, whose girl literally suffered a traumatic death who should never have happened, and all the other guests who were there had a kind of powerful history, and they are not accompanied by all this.

“So it was heartbreaking, and honestly, I would like to be able to say that I was surprised, but I am not.”

Most women from the Democrats Congress on Tuesday evening brought Pink to protest against Trump in favor of women’s rights. However, these women in the congress chose to do so one day after the Democrats in the Senate voted almost unanimously to block the protection of women and girls in sport.

The law would have contributed to establishing a stricter precedent to keep the TRANS athletes outside female and girls sports across the country, as many states have so far refused to comply with Trump’s executive order to solve the problem. But not a single Democratic senator voted to help adopt the bill and obstructed it from the damage of the Trump office.

McNabb sent a bipartite advocacy to the Senate Democrats in a previous interview with PK Press Club Digital, a few days before the vote on Monday, to consider voting for the bill. But instead, none of them voted for this and rather carried Rose to the address of Tuesday.

“The Democratic Party has failed women. They don’t care,” said McNabb. “Even with their own daughters, the fact that they did not obtain this bill is simply heartbreaking. I am not the only story, there are so many female athletes who have shared their history, and it is not as if they did not know. It is crazy that it is the hill on which they are ready to die.

“It’s just sad … It’s just embarrassing.”

McNabb is not alone in his conviction of the Democrats present Tuesday for their label. Many conservatives on social networks castigated not only the representatives of the present congresses, but the guests who sat in the gallery so as not to encourage the guests, the decision to carry pink after having blocked the bill on Monday and acted with small panels with protests protested in protest.

One of the most controversial moments of the night came when representative Al Green, D-Texas, was escorted after waving his cane and shouted in Trump several times during the first minutes of the speech.

He shouted: “You have no mandate”, to Trump while the president was praising republican victories in the House, the Senate and the White House.

President Mike Johnson, R-La., Had the green removed by the American sergeant.

“They were embarrassing for their party and in the country as they acted with a total lack of respect all around,” said McNabb.

“The way the Democrats acted was a new hollow for them … The only time they applaud was for Ukraine, which was revealing, but they did not applaud or literally represent anything else … The drama and the theaters were definitively there.

Despite the sorrow caused by the Democrats, McNabb said that it was still “extremely grateful” to have attended and get the experience to respond to the key characters in the party, including the second Lady Usha Vance, that McNabb sat next to Tuesday. She also had the chance to share her story with the border tsar Tom Homan.

“It was incredible. This is the type of thing I will remember for the rest of my life,” said McNabb.
