The White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt answered questions on Wednesday on the recent democratic distrust against keeping the TRANS athletes outside female and girls sports.
During a press briefing, Leavitt scorned the party for its persistent position on the issue despite the data suggesting that most Americans oppose trans inclusion into female sports.
“You cannot say that you are the party of women and that you then support men in female sports and that you do not defend the fundamental reform of public order and immigration that will protect women in this country,” she said.
President Donald Trump tackled the inclusion trans in the sports of girls and women in Tuesday evening speech by honoring the guest Payton McNabb, a former women’s volleyball player who suffered permanent brain injuries when a Trans athlete increased the ball in his face in 2022. Trump shared his story during his speech, then swore to cut the federal funds Trans competition athletes.
But the story of McNabb only encountered applause on the republican side of the room when the Democrats remained seated and silent.

However, the women of the Democratic Congress wore pink at Trump’s joint address, one day after the Democrats in the Senate blocked the law on the protection of women and girls in sport.
“I think the message that the Americans should withdraw from last night is that they have a president who is committed to doing what is good [for] They, and I think it is very ironic that democratic women wear pink to support our female colleagues, but they could not defend a woman who was almost killed and seriously injured by a man on the volleyball field, “said Leavitt.
McNabb told PK Press Club Digital that silence through the aisle was “heartbreaking”.
“Even with their own daughters, the fact that they did not obtain this bill is simply heartbreaking. I am not the only story, there are so many female athletes who have shared their history, and it is not as if they did not know. It is crazy that it is the hill on which they are ready to die,” said McNabb.
“It’s just sad … It’s just embarrassing.”

Meanwhile, some democratic governors across the country prevent public schools from their states from following Trump’s executive order to prevent organic and girls’ organic sports.
Maine, California, Minnesota and Massachusetts are currently under investigation by the Ministry of Education for the potential violations of the title IX after their high schools were invited to challenge Trump and continue to activate trans athletes in the sports of girls. The Department also investigates a school district of Washington during the same problem, even after this district voted to prohibit trans athletes in the sports of girls, defying the current laws of states.
“The president has undertaken to ensure that states are held responsible if they continue to allow men in female sports, which, according to him, is a blatant violation of taxpayers’ dollars, and so that this fight continues and that the president does not retreat,” said Leavitt. “This is a common sense policy, 80% of the American people, including more than 60% of the Democrats, do not want men in female sports.”

A recent New York Times / Ipsos survey Found that the vast majority of Americans, including the majority of Democrats, do not think that transgender athletes should be allowed to participate in female sports.
Of the 2,128 people who participated, 79% said that biological men who identify themselves as women should not be allowed to participate in female sports. Of the 1,025 people who have identified as a democrats or who lean a democrat, 67% said that transgender athletes should not be allowed to compete with women.
Conservative activist Riley Gaines promised to help cancel all the legislators who voted against the law on the protection of women and girls in sport, leading to mid-terrain in 2026.
“In some of these private and confidential conversations that I have had with several democratic senators, they assure me that they are absurd to allow men to take female sports and that they would not want it to happen to their daughters. But they hide behind many apologies,” said Digital Gains.
