Previously, a hairdryer reserved for professionals, the Dyson Supersonic R has now been added to the range of basic hair care and made available to us for the first time, simple mortals (non-lourtrems). The Supersonic R was put up for the first time in February 2024 and initially turned the heads because it looked more like a pipe than the hairdryer that we had ever seen. This strange design is much more comfortable and easier to handle than a traditional dryer, and also allows a more precise style.

The R Supersonic R has just been sold in Ceramic Pink in the United States, at a list of $ 569.99.
In the United Kingdom, R Supersonic will be delivered with a list price of £ 449.99 (£ 50 more than the black). The pink ceramic version will be put up for sale from April 2 in Dyson Demo, Dyson.co.uk stores and certain retailers (you can register for a British version notification).
It seems that it will also be launched in Australia – you can register for the notification of liberation at – but I have not yet been confirmed to date or price. The light costs $ 749 at, so it may be a little more than that.
The Dyson Supersonic R Professional will remain on sale on the page of the “For Business” website in Dyson as well as via certain commercial distributors. It seems that the two versions are identical, except that the “professional” version has a longer cable, which makes it more suitable for use in a living room. Nural vs R – Which dryer will reign in supreme?
The brand’s current range of the brand is the supersonic black.
