King Charles would not have liked Meghan Markle mentioning the name of Sussex on his new Netflix series.
The Duchess of Sussex, who proudly talked about her royal title when the famous guest Mindy Kaling called him “Markle”, would have turned King Charles upside down.
The star of the American office, Kaling is seen saying: “People would not believe that Meghan Markle ate in Jack in the box.”
Meghan narrowed with: “It’s so funny, too, that you continue to say Meghan Markle. You know that I am Sussex now.”
She said: “It is our name shared with the family, and I suppose that I had not recognized how significant it would be for me until we have children.
“I love that it is something that, Lili, H and I all have it. It means a lot for me.”
The name of Sussex, she adds, “is part of our love story”.
Addressing the sun of Meghan’s conversation, the royal author Phil Dampier said: “I doubt that King Charles would like Meghan to make references to the importance of Sussex as his name, but I always felt that he is reluctant to start any process of counting and Harry of their titles.
“It would be difficult to do and he does not want to aggravate the rift, hoping that one day there could be reconciliation with his son.”
“The show will do nothing to help repair the ditch between them because it is mainly delighted to rearrange fruit and candle lighting,” said the Royal expert.
“At least, Meghan tries to earn anything else in addition to criticizing the royal family.
“But all family reconciliation will take much more time and a real change of attitudes on all sides.”
