Comments from the Trans Athletes of Newsom: CA, schools, families are unleashed

The residents and schools of California have faced recurring cases of transgender athletes who participate in girls sports in recent months, which has caused a national exam; disruption of academics, athletics and family life; and even prosecution.

Thursday, some of the residents affected in California saw Governor Gavin Newsom admitting on his new podcast that he believes that transgender athletes participate in female sports are “unfair” but justify allowing this to happen.

“It’s deeply unfair,” said Newsom about transgender athletes competition with girls. “There is also a humility and a grace. … These poor are more likely to commit suicide, to take anxiety and depression. And the way people speak to vulnerable communities is a problem with which I also have trouble.

“So, the two things that I can hold in my hand. How can we solve this problem with the type of decency that I think, you know, is inherent in you but not always expressed on the question?”

PK Press Club Digital has contacted schools and families affected by California trans inclusion policies in the past year for their recent comments from Newsom.

The Stone Ridge Christian School of Merced, California, made her female volleyball team renounced an eliminatory match in San Francisco Waldorf in the fall due to the presence of a Transgenre athlete in the Waldorf team. It was a decision that ended the Stone Ridge Christian season because Newsom’s policies forced the women’s volleyball team in a situation where he should refuse to play to avoid compromising religious beliefs.

“What is really unfair is that the governor of Newsom allows men to compete in female sports despite the admission that it is unfair. Although it is common sense for men and women to compete in their own teams, this is particularly worrying as a religious school,” PK Press Club Digital, the administrator of the Stone Ridge Campus, told PK Press Club.

At Martin Luther King secondary school in Riverside, California, a situation involving a Trans athlete in the female cross-country team caused a national exam, a trial of two girls from the team and several students punished for carrying t-shirts “save women” in protest.

Cynthia Slavin, the mother of one of the girls who filed a complaint against the unified school district of Riverside, told PK Press Club Digital that she thought that Newsom “marginalized” young organic women with her position.

“I am grateful that Gavin Newsom said that having boys in girls sports is unfair. I am grateful that he also has empathy for everyone, but it is not enough. What is really unfair is that he has the power to do something about this problem but does not do it. The conversation is cheap. Act something,” said Slavin.

“By not acting either by trying to find a plan, he adds to the division and tension of our state. He adds to stress and mental problems not only for the group ‘` marginalized’ ‘, but for my daughter Kaitlyn and all the other girls who do not agree with organic boys invading their spaces. It helps biological girls to become the new marginalized group. ”

The Unified School District Jurupa Voisin (JUPD) has treated a recent national controversy involving an athletic athlete in Jurupa Valley High School (Juvhs) who dominated opponents by amazing margins in triple jump this season.

Jaspriya Singh, former athlete and sister of Juvhs of a current athlete of the female cross-country team, deplores the situation that Newsom allowed.

“My sister trained tirelessly on athletics, devoting countless hours to improve her performance. When she is forced to compete with organic men, this creates an unjust playground that undermines her hard work and her opportunities. Female athletes deserve to compete in a space that protects equity and integrity,” Singh told PK Press Club Digital.

“It is not only a question of sport. It is a question of guaranteeing that girls have the same chances of excelling and realizing their dreams without unjust disadvantage. This is why it is so important to fight for policies that really keep female sports for women.”

A Professor JUPD told PK Press Club Digital on condition of anonymity that Newsom was not authentic in his last comments.

How transgender in sports changed the 2024 elections and sparked a national counterculture

“As a teacher in southern California, I don’t believe or do not trust Gavin Newsom’s sudden position on transgender athletes in girls sports,” said the professor.

“For years, he defended policies that oblige schools to comply with the rules of inclusion, without taking into account the concerns of female athletes, parents and educators. Now, in a conversation with Charlie Kirk, he claims to see injustice in this regard?

“It is difficult to take seriously when its policies allow and always apply the very thing that it questions. If it really cared about equity in sport, it would take real measures, not only to change its rhetoric when it is politically practical.”

The former professor of JUPD, Jessica Tapia, who claims to have been dismissed by the district for her position on the issue, said that the question led to good teachers from California schools.

“However, to date, it is difficult for me to look at what happened to me. We lose good teachers because of the way in which gender ideology is harmful, even teachers who fight for the truth and the real protection of students,” Tapia told PK Press Club Digital.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the School District of Conejo Valley, Sonja Shaw, told PK Press Club Digital that his district had dealt with multiple reported incidents of organic men using cottage for girls, calling “weak” to have allowed it.

“You have seen it. You obviously know, and you haven’t done anything, and you need a Charlie Kirk with you to admit it? This is not what the leaders do,” said Shaw.

“Right now, we have a lot of confusion. We have parents who think that their daughters are safe until their daughters are met by a boy on the ground, in the pool or even in the locker room and the toilet. So, to sit and say his unjust but not put teeth, I think it is weak. It shows who he is and continues to be.”

Amber French, division I swimmer at California Baptist University, has experienced several transgender athlete incidents in competition against young women in its state and asks Newsom to take measures on this subject.

“Each year, we have another man playing in female sports and removing our opportunities. Note that it is never the opposite. Gavin Newsom recognizes injustice but did nothing to protect female athletes in California,” said French News Digital.

“It is time for the Gov. Newsom to do something about the injustice he recognizes. The same decency that he advocates should be applied a hundred times to women, protecting their changing rooms and their opportunities.”

The state has so far refused to comply with the executive order of President Donald Trump to keep organic men outside the sports of girls since his signature on February 5, risking a potential loss of federal education funding.

California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) is the subject of an investigation by the United States Ministry of Education for Potential Title IX violations linked to the issue.

“The CIF offers students the possibility of belonging, connecting and competing in experience -based experiences in accordance with the law of California [Education Code section 221.5. (f)] This allows students to participate in school programs and activities, including sports teams and competitions, in accordance with the student’s identity of the student, regardless of the genre listed on student files, “said a CIF press release at the time.

PK Press Club Digital contacted the CIF for its reaction to Newsom’s latest comments.
