Lahore:
The chief minister of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz Sharif, ordered the desire of the Lahore canal and the car of the car of a sewer system while keeping in view of the future needs of the city.
She chaired a meeting to examine the progress of the Lahore development program where the deputy commissioner presented a report.
The CM was informed that Wasa poses a total of 780 kilometers of new pipes one to six feet in diameter in Lahore. In the first phase, 450 km of sewer pipes will be installed.
The contract is launched via the Lahore development management information system. Nespak will inspect the project via the Inspector application. Digital monitoring of physical and financial progress can also be carried out via the management information system.
The CM was informed that 16 billion rupees had been saved by adopting transparency in the Lahore development plan.
In the first phase of the plan, the construction, renovation and development of six zones in Lahore will be carried out. The development plan includes the construction of a water supply and drainage system, connecting roads and streets. The installation of the reverbers and the rehabilitation of the parks are also included in the plan.
The CM said: “The streets in the villages should be paved on the same model and the same quality as in cities. No compromise will be made on the quality of development projects.”
Reallow financing
Meanwhile, 340 million rupees were released for the purchase of drugs for the Mayo hospital on the instructions of the chief Minister.
According to an official press release, the authorization was granted to the use of existing funds intended for the remuneration and allocation of vacancies in the hospital for the purchase of drugs.
The Finance Department has made an order to reallocate funds.
