Not only did MWC excited to us with a multitude of excellent technological launches and conceptions of innovative concepts, but Apple gave us new iPads and MacBook, and AMD seduced us with an affordable GPU.
To make up for all this and more scrolling down for the seven largest news of the week for the week of March 8, 2025.
When you are finished, see our choices for the 7 new movies and television programs to broadcast this weekend (March 7).
7. We found the best technology of MWC 2025
This year’s mobile conference of this year (MWC 2025) has welcomed a lot of smartphones, IT, audio and health technologies – and we know it because we have attended the program to check everything. But among the crowds, there were a few diamonds that we decided were the best gadgets of the event.
The Xiaomi 15 Ultra was the best phone launch with our Xiaomi 15 Ultra Review calling it one of the best camera phones never made thanks to its wide angle of 50 megapixels, 50 megapixels, a 3X telephoto lens of 70 megapixels and 200 megapixels; Meanwhile, the Lenovo Yoga Solar PC won the best laptop because of its integrated solar panel innovation.
We have also awarded prices to intelligent Xpanceo contact lenses, Honor’s Earbuds Open, Honor’s Watch 5 Ultra and the ZTE Nubia Flip 2 5G to name only a few of our 10 winners in total.
6. Apple treated a cheaper macbook air for us

The arrival of a new MacBook Air M4 this week was not exactly a surprise, given the weeks of leaks – but its price was certainly. Yes, despite an upgrade of the processor, two new Thunderbolt 4 ports and some new camera tips, Apple has reduced $ 100 £ 100 on its price in a clearly notwelled movement.
This does not often happen at launch, and that makes the new air (which starts at $ 999 / £ 999 / $ 1,699 in) a major competitor for the first place of our guide to the best laptops. Again, Apple also interrupted the M3 MacBook Air in the process (and made the M2 MacBook Air more difficult to find), which leaves us less cheaper options. First, he gives, then he takes …
5. Apple also launched new iPads

Apple’s iPad Air may no longer be the thinnest iPad (see iPad Pro M4), but it turns into performance and productivity mode.
The latest iPad Air (11 and 13 inch) is almost exactly like the last (except the removal of the “iPad Air” label from the rear), but it has a brand new brain in the powerful M3 chip which will take care of all kinds of activities ranging from video editing and art creation to Apple intelligence tasks.
But Apple has now associated it with a new optional (and more affordable) magic keyboard which includes a substantially larger function line and trackpad. It is a tablet ready for productivity work, and for some, it could be, with this keyboard, a decent ultra-portable substitute.
As for the base, 11 -inch iPad, he also obtained an update from the chip but only towards the A16. Now it’s an excellent piece of Apple silicon, but it doesn’t take care of Apple Intelligence. We bet that the target market will not miss it.
4. The Dyson pro a hair dryer joined the main range

Previously a hair dryer reserved for professionals, the supersonic R has now been added to the main range of Dyson consumers. Of course, it looks a little bizarre, but it is 20% smaller and 30% lighter than the original supersonic, and more powerful too. So, if you are looking for a quick style without mache of the arms (and you have deep pockets), it’s worth it.
The R has a wide range of compatible magnetic style attachments. These include the powerful and smooth of the intriguing sole, alongside the favorite overflight attachment of fans. As with the current range, the supersonic nurall, the dryer knows which is attached and will automatically go to your last parameters used for each.
The Dyson Supersonic R is already available in the United States, is due to the United Kingdom from April 2. This version is identical to the original pro version, with the exception of a shorter cable (reception length, rather than the length of the living room), and new cool colors.

If you have missed your chance to get smart glasses through Ray -Ban from last year, you are lucky – Meta publishes another lot in limited edition, but they will be even shorter.
A teaser on the Meta website indicates that something new comes directly from the track, with a promise that intelligent limited -time specifications are launching this month, although the image also highlights a “0001/3600” stamp – suggesting that this new batch will have less than half of the availability of 7500 7500 from last year.
Beyond the transparent framework, we do not know anything more about the decline, but on the basis of the track comment, we suspect that it could have a link with the recent Milan fashion week which is where at $ ap Rocky made its debut as the first creative director of Ray-Ban. He has already presented some standard glasses conceptions, and this announcement could tease his first smart glasses.
2. Xiaomi revealed the first Wi-Fi headphones

In one of the 3 best revolutionary listening innovations that we saw at MWC25 this week, Xiaomi unveiled the first headphones with Wi-Fi, offering a high resolution audio up to 4.2 Mbps. Do you want an audio without loss on Wi-Fi without ruining the battery life? Xiaomi left and did it, with the New Buds 5 Pro. They launched in Europe, in two variants-a standard 5 buds (non-Wi-Fi) 5, and the Buds 5 pro Wi-Fi. The two models have an imposing species, but those Wi-Fi are particularly impressive, because they can apparently provide an audio without loss up to 4.2 Mb
The Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro Wi-Fi have S7 Pro Chip and Snapdragon Sound Technology Suite by Qualcomm, which can support up to high resolution at 96 kHz / 24 bit. Of course, there is a “but”: it will only work with certain smartphones. Xiaomi says that a list of compatible devices will be published on its website soon – but at the moment, the only known phones known are the Xiaomi 15 and 15 Ultra. (Your iPhone? Don’t get involved.)
1. We examined the Graphics Card of AMD Business Games

The AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT is the first AMD RDNA 4 card to arrive on the market and it is a banger, almost corresponding to the more expensive GPU of Nvidia in 4K performance and 1440p for $ 599. It ranks near the RTX 4080 and exceeds older AMD cards, with a 304W TGP which remains manageable at this level of performance.
Although there is a lack of high -level shelves tracing and calculating AI, it excels in raster and gaming workloads, remaining more affordable and less subject to price inflation. In the end, this is the best value for players who seek to upgrade without breaking the bank.
