The Biden record to allow Trans athletes to participate in female and girls sports has become one of the largest vulnerabilities of the Democratic Party in the 2024 elections.

The first day of his presidency in January 2021, Biden signed a executive decree On “prevention and the fight against discrimination based on gender identity or sexual orientation”.
