The receiver of Kansas City chiefs, Xavier Worthy, will not be charged after his arrest on Friday, the District of the county of Williamson told Austin-States on Saturday.
Worthy was arrested in Texas on Friday in Texas Friday for an alleged assault, according to online prison files.

However, the district prosecutor Shawn Dick said that after speaking with several witnesses, the authorities of the county of Williamson would not carry.

“We are aware of the allegation that led to the arrest of Mr. Worthy,” said the press release, obtained by the Associated Press. “We are working with the police in the county of Williamson to ensure that they benefit from all the circumstances that led to this allegation.”
The lawyers argued that the “complainant” refused to leave Worthy’s home despite many requests. Worthy representatives also said that the alleged victim had tried to extort the star from the NFL and described the allegation made against their client as “baseless”.
