A little over two months ago, the star of the MLB, Juan Soto, signed a historic contract. A few weeks ago, he joined the New York Mets in Florida for spring training.
The $ 765 million agreement over 15 years he signed was the most lucrative contract in the history of professional sport.
In mid-February, Soto always seemed to treat the contact that changes life.
“I always think about it and everything. It’s incredible,” he said at the time. “I’m really happy for that. I’m really happy to know where I’m going to be for the next 15 years.”

But Soto revealed that he had received offers from other teams that exceeded the breathtaking amount that the dishes presented.
What are the 10 largest athletes who are currently playing in New York?
“The dishes did not offer the most money,” said Soto, speaking in Spanish. “Some teams have offered more.”
Soto later declared that the culture of the food was one of the reasons why he had decided to leave the Bronx in favor of the Queens.

Sny reported that “several teams, including Boston, had the will to go beyond the high offer if they knew that Soto would agree”.

Soto will wear his n ° 22 jersey coveted with the dishes. The third goal player Brett Baty has worn this issue in the last three seasons. But Soto gave him a brand new SUV during spring training to convince the interior field player to go to n ° 7.
“No, you didn’t do it,” said Baty smiling and leaving the team’s spring training complex to see Soto near a Chevrolet Tahoe who had “thank you for # 22” scribbled on the rear window.
Baty, the 12th choice in total by the food in the 2019 draft, still led the same Toyota 4Runner 2016 which he had in high school.
“I really appreciate the number,” said Soto. “This is the first I have ever worn.”
