Microsoft has been criticized recently due to its Windows 11 24:2 problems – but fortunately we bring it GOOD Windows 11 updates the news because it would have introduced new features for image sharing and editing capacities.
Spotted by Phantomofearth on X, Microsoft will bring the image editing and compression to its Windows Share function, as the Windows report points out. This will allow users to crop and adjust the images without using the snipping tool while having access to file compression.
It is important to note that this was found in the beta version of Windows 11 23:2:2h (Microsoft always updates the old versions of Windows 11), so it is not yet available for all users – it is not clear either if these practical tools will come at 11:2 p.m. only or if it will be available for other functional updates. This is an ideal decision for those looking to share much larger images in terms of file sizes.
It would be even better if it turns out that video compression and compressions of general files are possible – this would eliminate the need to find different file compression sites, which allows users a lot of time. Although it is probably preferable to wait until Microsoft fully implements this in 11:2 p.m. (or other features updates if possible), you can access the functionality early by joining the Windows Insider program to access the beta version of 11:2 p.m.

Having faced a whole series of problems using Windows 11 24h2, I recently returned to Windows 11 23:2:2h – The pilot ready for 572.70 from Nvidia, the game game, forced my hand in this case because it gave me black screens at startup – and I am happier than ever.
Strange bugs, slowdowns and compatibility problems of games are no longer a burden and I can finally use my PC as expected. There will be more than probably problems to a certain extent with the updates of features, but 11:2 p.m. is the safest bet for the moment (apart from the 100% processor’s use bug).
Although I do not use the beta version 11:2 p.m., this Windows sharing update is the one I wanted Microsoft for a long time – more specifically for videos and other files rather than counting on other software or free online websites to do the job. Of course, compressing much larger files is a much larger demand, but it is an excellent starting point.
I do not know when I will update my system again (it is if the updates are not forced to me), in the same way that I will not upgrade my GPU pilots until I know that my system is safe from BSOD.
If Microsoft can recover 24H2 in good shape and the new file compression feature can be used on other types of files, I can finally abandon my reproaches – hope that this will happen as soon as possible.
